NordicReeds accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. Furthermore, payment can be made through PayPal.
The prices are currently listed in DKK, Danish Kroner, including 25 % tax/VAT. For custumers inside the EU this tax will apply. For custumers outside the EU the custumer will pay tax according to the rules in their country.
(The website is working on a solution where payment can be chosen to be either USD, EUR og DKK.)
NordicReeds uses an approved paymentserver which encrypts all your creditcard information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your informations can not be read by third part.
Orders of customers under the age of majority:
Orders can only be made by custumers who are over the age of majority given in the country of the individual customer.
All orders within Denmark are shipped, at the costumers choice, either as a letter or as a parcel with the Danish Postal Servies with the applicable rates at any given time. It is emphasized that no refund is given for lost letters. If refund is wanted by the customer shipment shall be made as a parcel. It is recommended that all orders outside of Denmark is shipped as parcels, the costumer can choose shipment as letter if wanted. For each order a handling fee of 20 DKK is charged plus the cost for the shipment by Postal Service.
By filling out the form in ’Check-out with the necessary information for the shipment the costumers simultaneously gives his/her consent that NordicReeds will use these data. At any time the costumer has the right to withdraw the consent given by sending an email to email@example.com
A 2 years warranty is given under the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication. However, it is noted that since bassoon reeds are made of natural materials, there may be variations in the material which reduces the lifetime and usability.
The bassoon reed is ready to use on delivery, but adjustments made by end users must be considered to fit the product definitively to the individual.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.

Packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If a refund has been agreed upon, please inform the customer of bank details so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day of receiving the item.
The customer must pay return costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after receipt. The returned product must reach us within 14 days of notification. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of return of item.

The condition of the product when returned:
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. Bassoon reeds is for hygienic reasons excluded.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use. Bassoon reeds is for hygienic reasons excluded.
